Bizaccess Advisory (202603241723 (003888465-D)), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (“Bizaccess”, “we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect and use your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Personal data we collect
- Contact and account details: name, email, phone number, company name and address.
- Identification and business documents you upload: IC or passport copies, SSM records, tenancy agreements, land titles, bank statements, work permits, photographs, drawings and similar documents required for your application.
- Payment records (payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card or bank login details).
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security.
2. Why we use it
- To prepare quotations, and to screen, prepare and submit your applications to the relevant government bodies and authorities.
- To communicate with you about your application, payments and any queries raised.
- To issue invoices and keep records required by law.
- To protect our website and your account against misuse.
3. Who we share it with
Only as needed for your application: the relevant local authorities and government agencies (for example local councils, CIDB, SIRIM, Bomba), registered professionals engaged for your submission (such as Professional Engineers, Architects and Principal Submitting Persons), accredited training or testing providers, our payment provider, and our IT and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Is providing data compulsory?
Documents marked as required are necessary for us to process your application. If they are not provided, we may be unable to proceed.
5. Security and retention
Uploaded documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are accessible only to you and authorised Bizaccess staff. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or limit how we process it, by contacting us below. We may charge a fee for access requests as permitted by the PDPA.
